We are so very blessed to have you as a customer and we truly appreciate each and everyone of you! We like to treat our retailers like family. We're all in this together: you sell, we sell, right?! We will go above and beyond to make sure your order is 100% and our customer service is top notch! If there's a hiccup, we guarantee we will make up for it!
A little bit of info:
We do not have an opening minimum or minimum on quantities. (We'd rather you try it out, see how your customers respond and know what to buy from there!)
-Our price points range anywhere from $5-$36 wholesale
-Our average retail price at $34.00
-If you spend over $1000 with us, you receive a FREE Metal Display, Metal Block for tin packaging and signage for that location
-All of our items come packaged and ready. Smaller necklaces and bracelets come in gold metal tins and larger items come in velvet pouches.
-Right now, our turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, if not sooner if items are in stock
Gold Filled & Triple Plated
All of our pieces are triple gold plated with an 18kt overlay. The smaller chain necklaces are gold filled with triple gold plated charms--we mix both gold filled and triple gold plated to keep the product good, but the price lower for our customers.
Our earrings are gold filled ear wires (nickel free/hypoallergenic) Yes, some of the stones on the bracelets are real druzy, jasper, labradorite (the crystals are not real)
Don't forget we offer a lifetime warranty with all of our items, so if your customer ever has a problem-please email us a picture of the damaged item along with the customer's shipping information and we drop ship a replacement to them :)
Warranty: We put our trust in our retailers (you) to decide if it was the customer's or our mistake.
A: Most of our retailers do each unit by 2.2-2.5...that way your cost is covered and there's a little bit more in your pocket! By hey, it's up to you! Some of our retailers even do each item by 3.
Q: Hey man I'm missing something from my shipment?!?
A: Right off the bat, we are very sorry for the inconvenience! It is such a pain to receive your goodies and you find out you're missing something...here's what to do. Please email: email@example.com with your Name, Company Name, & Item Missing. Jewelry can be itty bitty and mistakes can be made, but we will MAKE sure that item is shipped out ASAP and we always throw in a little something fro FREE for the hiccup!
Q: Got my goodies, but an item is broken and/or not what I wanted?
A: Again, we apologize! Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name, Company Name, & Item Missing. We will MAKE sure that item is shipped out ASAP and we always throw in a little something fro FREE for the hiccup! Also, don't forget: all of our charms are assorted closest to what's viewed online or at market during the current order time. Since we are a handcrafted lined, we try to make each piece distinctive and custom per customer.
Q: Where is my shipment?!
A: After your order is placed, please give us 2-3 weeks to process your order. We do keep a hefty amount in stock and try to get it out sooner, but sometimes it takes a bit since we are a handcrafted company.
Q: You placed an order and don't have the funds to pay for it?
A: Sometimes we have your order ready to be shipped out but we cannot get your payment to go through. After a couple of phone calls and emails to let you know we do not have payment, we set your order aside and wait for you to call us with payment information. We ask that you take responsibility and honor you order. Look, we considered ourselves nice humans and want to make sure you have your goodies! Be upfront with us: we'd rather you tell us you don't have the payment then screen calls. We can set up a payment plan and we will work with you, just communicate with us!
Q: I made an order, I need my display?
A: Sometimes we ship your display board separately from your merchandise since the displays are a bit on the hefty side.
Q: What do I do with the metal block display?
A: This has been our favorite question.
Step 1: Place the block on a solid surface
Step 2: Place the black dot magnetics on the metal block
Step 3: Take one of the gold metal display tins (jewelry inside) and play it on to the black metal dots
Step 4: TAAADA! You've got yourself a pretty swanky tower of jewels!
Q: I want custom jewels
A: No problem! We do custom jewelry for a lot of our retailers. Whether it's for gameday, a special customer, or an event at your shop...we can make it happened! Give us a couple of weeks to prepare something special for ya!
Q: I want to reorder and don't see the item desired?
A: During checkout, type out the name and quantity in the 'Notes' section and make sure to choose "Charge when Shipped" and we will add that item to your order.

Here's a little info to get the party started:
Provide Tax ID: You must be recognized on a federal and state level to make tax-exempt purchases for the purpose of resale.
Payment: Invoice total will be charged the day of shipment. All major credit cards are accepted. Credit terms will NOT be issued on new accounts.
Shipping: All wholesale orders are shipped via UPS unless customer makes alternate shipping arrangements. Orders can take 3-4 weeks for production and are shipped as soon as they have been completed.
Returns & Claims: Damaged, defective or order shortages must be reported by email or phone call within 7 days of receipt. Please keep packaging materials and return to:

Unfortunatley, we have the right to refuse any retailer.
